Desktop Mounting (option)
Follow the appropriate procedure below to mount the Multi-Function Display.
Note: Remove the flush mounting sponges attached to the back of the Multi-Function
Display. Take care that there is no sponge left on the back of the Multi-Function Dis-
play.

How to mount the SMD12
Use the optional kit Bracket (contents shown below), for mounting the SMD12.

1. Fix the hanger by using self-tapping screws (520
SUS304, supplied). The screw locations are indicated
in the figure to the right.
2.
Place the SMD12 face-down on a soft, clean
surface, then screw the knob bolts into the
SMD12, leaving a gap of approximately 30
mm.
3. Set the SMD12 unit to the hanger and tighten
the knob bolts.
Note: When setting the SMD12 into the hang-
er, the concave section of the unit and the con-
vex section of the hanger must be aligned.
