Light-Code Rings

The illuminated surrounds on the temperature selector and the function
selector light up when switched on.
The surround on the temperature regulator only lights up, however, when
the function selector has been turned to a setting at which the heating is
required. The higher the temperature set, the darker the color of the
illuminated switch surrounds.
None of the rings light up if only a temperature has been selected.
3.1.3

Temperature Regulator

The temperature regulator should only be turned in a clockwise direction
as far as the stop and back.
Any temperature between 50°C and 275°C can be set.
The indicator light above the temperature regulator indicates when
heating is in progress. Once the set temperature has been reached, the
heating and the indicator light are both automatically switched off and
only come back on again when the temperature in the oven falls below
the required setting.
3.1.4

Function Selector

This switch can be turned in both directions:
Light
This setting switches on the oven lighting.
Fan Oven Heating
Because hot air is circulated it is possible to:
Bake and/or cook on two levels at the same time.
Work with a lower temperature than would otherwise be necessary with
roof and floor heating.
Fan Oven + Automatic Roasting
When roasting, the oven heats up initially to a high temperature to seal
the meat in order to keep it succulent and tasty. The temperature is then
automatically reduced to a lower setting.
This setting is not suitable for baking.
