Oven Temperature Measurements

If measurements are to be taken within the oven, make sure that both the
voltage and the current levels in the appliance are as they should be. To
accurately establish whether the thermostats are functioning correctly, the
heater elements must operate in accordance with their stated capacity
and should be in perfect working order.
Deviations from the temperature set should be given in °K (Kelvin).
Permissible deviations are included in Table 6-1.

Test Unit

a) Electronic thermometer A 0555 and temperature probe A 9966.
b) Holder for temperature sensor A 2844.
The temperature probe (Figure 6-1, Item 3) should be attached to the
holder (Item 2) such that the copper plate (Item 4) is horizontal.

Test Procedure

After setting up as above the baking and roasting rack is pushed into the
empty oven so that the copper plate is located in the center of the oven
