Oven Cavity

5.9.1

Top Cavity

1. Remove the doors.
2. Remove the appliance from the housing unit.
3. Remove the rear panel and the cover plates.
4. Remove the temperature sensors complete with holders from the
cavities.
5. Remove the deflector strips.
6. Unplug the block connectors and unscrew and remove the component
bracket.
7. Remove the top vent grill.
8. Remove the screws from the air duct.
Note:
When refitting, check the fit of the seal between the air duct and the vent
grill.
9. Remove the 8 cavity fixing screws and transfer to new cavity.
5.9.2

Bottom Cavity

1. Remove the doors.
2. Remove the appliance from its housing unit – refer to Section 5.1.
3. Take off the rear panel.
4. Stand the appliance upside down.
5. Remove the bottom plate.
6. Unscrew the vent grill.
7. Remove the sensor holders.
8. Disconnect electrical components.
9. Remove the 8 cavity fixing screws and take out the cavity.
10. Remove all components and the insulation and transfer to new cavity.
