Technical Information
To switch off the oven after cooking, baking or roasting
(1 minute to 23 hours 59 minutes)
Press button (1) and set the required time using the rotary selector
switch (6). Then select the required heating mode using the oven or
hotplate selector switch.
To automatically switch an oven function on and off
(Programmable up to 23 hours 59 minutes in advance)
Enter the duration of the cooking, baking or roasting operation and
then program the time at which the operation is due to end by
pressing the "Stop" button (1) and at the same time altering the time
accordingly using the selector switch (6).
It must be noted that when baking cake mixtures or dough the start
should not be delayed too long as otherwise the pastry may dry up
and the yeast or baking powder may not have the desired effect.
For temperature-controlled roasting using the Roast Probe
(30°C - 99°C)
Insert the probe into the center of the joint of meat and plug in the
lead into the socket on the right-hand side of the oven interior so that
it is heard to click.
Now enter the desired core temperature by pressing the "°C" button
(4) and at the same time select the required temperature using the
selector switch (6). Then select the desired heating mode.
If the "°C" symbol in the digital display flashes during roasting, the
core temperature is either lower than 30°C or higher than 99°C.
If the probe is left in the meat joint after the selected temperature has
been reached, the display shows the core temperature as it falls.
The oven or hotplate regulator should always be switched OFF as
soon as the probe is unplugged. Otherwise the heating would
continue to operate.
4.1.1.1 Acoustic Signal
Once the set time ahs elapsed or the core temperature is reached, an
acoustic signal is given, lasting for approx. 2.5 minutes. This signal can
be terminated by pressing any of the buttons (with the exception of the
