The arrows on the fascia panel indicate which oven the regulators and
clock refer to:

Clock/Timer

The clock can be used to switch the Combi oven on and off automatically.
When an operation is pre-selected, the light-code ring on the temperature
regulator and the function selector are switched on. Once cooking begins,
the light above the temperature selector and the oven lighting is also
switched on.
