2 Getting started 2.1 Hardware installation The V-Tap ISDN BRI is easy to setup. The following steps are involved: • Connect the ISDN-2 line and phone to port 1 and 2 of the V-Tap. • Insert an SD card (up to 32 GB, FAT32 formatted).
When the system is accessible through FTP, the firmware can be updated with the PC tool ‘vcUpdater’. This tool can be found on the Vidicode website in the menu Service and Support > Firmware.
