Swarf conveyor operation
Attention!
The swarf conveyor is supplied to the band saw only by
request.
In semi-automatic
cycle
In automatic cycle
3.7.
Upper pressure adjustment
Attention!
If the machine is equipped with upper pressure, bundle
cutting is possible
1.
Open both vices by pressing buttons Feeding vice opening and button
Main vice opening.
2.
Release levers of the vice cubes and open the vice to the maximum
bundle width.
3.
Release the clamping cube of the vertical clamping cylinder, pull the
cylinder to the top position limit and tighten the clamping cube again.
•
Swarf conveyor ON – press together F1 and 3
buttons.
•
Swarf conveyor OFF – press together F1 and E
buttons.
•
The swarf conveyor operation is adjusted
according to chapter Service menu.
