11. Remove (1) flat head screw, brake mount-
ing plate, compression spring, bushing, and
outer brake pad (see Figure 91).

Note: Be careful when removing these com-
ponents. They are under pressure from the
compression spring (see Figure 92), and
could fly apart unexpectedly.

12. Install new outer brake pad then secure with
bushing, spring, mounting plate, and flat
head screw. Make sure to re-install compo-
nents in same order and orientation as they
were removed (see Figure 93).
