Check out the condition of the tooling and shaft. Replace any worn-out parts. If the shaft looks
damaged, remove decrepit part with an angle grinder and shorten outer casing accordingly.

To begin select rotational speed between 650—800 rpm. After you have grinded
sharp edges the rotational speed can be increased to 1100—1300 rpm.
Where ever possible use water as the cooling medium.
Always take a break every 30 mins to prevent the outer casing from melting. Reg-
ularly inspect the condition of the outer casing.
To improve the efficiency and cut down work time you regularly need to change
the side grinding panels.
