Check that the insert flap housings and flaps are fitted correctly

Block the pressure pipe and empty it

Lift out and clean the pump.

Make sure the pump is not damaged in any way.

Replace the pump flange sealing gasket

Clean the tank via the pump flange, clean the ventilation bore on the pump flange

Install the pump again. Tightening torques of the screws: 7 Nm

Clean and check the backwater flap, replace sealing gasket, backwater flaps

Replace the manual closure for the pressure pipe (locking lever)

Pressure pipe: Visual inspection of the pressure pipe

Remove the probes and clean with water

Probe
- Test and clean the electric probe
- Remove the screws, pull the probe out of the cover
- Immerse the probe in water
- The flap must close, the optical and acoustic warning device must respond
- Push the probe into the cover, screw in place

Check the ventilation pipe to make sure it is routed via the roof and clear

Switch the device on again

Carry out the function test following steps 1-4

Read out the log book via USB port

For installation in the concrete slab close the cover again

Battery voltage control unit ➞ Section 1.5.2 Voltage

Confirm maintenance date / set new date ➞ 2.5 Maintenance completed
