Notes: A no bypass system was used for
installation of a K210G. A bypass system
can be used as shown here.
 Using a long bit, dill 1/16 holes through
the Bypass and into the forward former
on both sides to except #2x5/8" BHCS.
 Using a long bit, dill 1/16 holes through
the Bypass and into the aft former on
both sides to except #2x5/8" BHCS.
 Install the bypass using the #2x5/8"
SHCS provided in your BVM package in
the holes you drilled in steps 3 & 4.
 Drill two 3/32" drain holes in the bottom
of the bypass. Drill one near the
tailpipe. Drill the other hole below the
center of the turbine.
