Step 14: place the seal (2) on the lighting box
(1).
Step 15 : Connect the power cable to the
lighting unit (3), then take the cable out of the
cabinet (1), feed it through the stuffing box (4)
and fix it to the cabinet (1).
Step 16 : Recess the lighting unit (3) into the cabi-
net (1) and fix it with its seal (2) to the roof (4) with
10 M6 x 16 screws.
Step 17: Connect the power cable to the power supply of the installation.
Step 18: Repeat the operation for the other lighting.
Step 19: Fix the support of the pneumatic cylin-
der control (1) on the guardrail (2) with 2 screws
M6 x 14.
Step 20: Connect the pneumatic hoses to the fit-
tings (3).
When disassembling the manual station, pro-
ceed in reverse order.

4.2.19. Before starting up the booth

Once the booth has been assembled, it is necessary to carry out a complete interior and exte-
rior cleaning:
• Remove all plastic films from the booth panels.
• Apply the cleaning product PS1098 SID (P/N: 100000037) in strict compliance with proce-
dures A1 and A2,
