4.2.18. Installation of the manual station (option)

WARNING : When installing a manual powder coating station at the booth exit, it is imperative
to install the suction duct connections and extensions prior to the installation of the manual sta-
tion.
Step 1 : Fix the duct connections (2) to the booth
(1) with 8 screws M8 x 20 per connection.
Step 2: Place the frame (3) against the booth wit-
hout damaging the ducts.
Step 3: Fix the sheet metal floor (2) to the frame
(3) with 8 screws M8 x 20
Step 4: Insert the seal (1) along the booth ope-
ning before pressing the floor/frame assembly
against the booth.
Step 5: Level the frame (3) by adjusting the four
outer support feet (4), then unscrew the other
support feet until they touch the ground.
WARNING : It is imperative to center and level the platform in relation to the powder coating
booth by correctly adjusting the height to 580 mm from the floor by means of the adjustable
feet of the frame. Check that the door opens freely when the manual station is at the booth exit.
Step 6: Mount the guardrails (4) and (1) on the
frame (2) with 2 M10 x 20 screws per guardrail.
Step 7: Mount the stairs (3) on the handrails (4)
and (1) with 4 screws M8 x 20.
