1.4. Precautions for Use This document contains information that all operators should be aware of and understand before using the Inobooth. This information highlights situations that could result in serious dam- age and indicates the precautions that should be taken to avoid them.

1.6. Important recommendations 1.6.1. Ventilation Do not start the powder application with the Inobooth until the ventilation system of the spray booth is switched on. If the ventilation is turned off, toxic substances or dust may remain in the spray booth and cause a risk of fire, poisoning or irritation.

Place the booth bottom box (1) on a floor with a resistance higher than 400 kN / m2 and it must be strictly horizontal. First adjust the four outer support feet (2) and then unscrew the other support feet until they are in contact with the floor.
4.2.2. Installation of the shutters WARNING : Before installation, it is important to note the right and left shutters in relation to their width dimensions (left: 301 mm, right: 299 mm). 4.2.3. Installation of the cylinder assemblies WARNING : When assembling the cylinders, it is imperative that the cylinder rods are extended and that the flaps are in a horizontal position. Step 1: Install the elbow fitting (2) on the cylinder (1).
4.2.4. Installation of the distribution blocks Step 1: Screw the flow regulators (1), banjos (2), silencers (5) and fittings (6) onto the distributor blocks (3). Step 2: Fasten the valve blocks (3) to the housing support (7) with 2 screws M4 x 60 with washers Step 3: Make the pneumatic connections with the cylinder assemblies.
Step 5: Position the side panels (4) on the box (3) by loosely screwing the side profile plates (2) and entry/exit plates (2) using 66 M8 x 16 screws. Step 6: Position the longitudinal (1) and entry/exit (2) profiles plaates on the panels (3). 4.2.7.
4.2.8. Installation of the door WARNING : Before installing the door, it is imperative to check that the width of the booth ope- ning respects the dimension of 950 mm from bottom to top and check the perpendicularity of the side panels in respect to the bottom box with an angle of a minimum length of 1 m. 4.2.10. Installation of blowing nozzles The powder coating booth is equipped with blowing nozzles fixed on each side of the pas- sage of the projectors. 2 blowing nozzles are necessary to ensure the cleaning of the outside of each projector. The position of the nozzles is to be defined accor- ding to the position of the projectors on the mobile equipment.
Refer to the powder projectors user manual. (see RT Nr 7133). 4.2.15. Inobooth electrical connections - control cabinet From the control cabinet, carry out the electrical connections for the following equipment: • Blowing solenoid valves.
4.2.18. Installation of the manual station (option) WARNING : When installing a manual powder coating station at the booth exit, it is imperative to install the suction duct connections and extensions prior to the installation of the manual sta- tion. Step 1 : Fix the duct connections (2) to the booth (1) with 8 screws M8 x 20 per connection.
