4.2.4. Installation of the distribution blocks
Step 1: Screw the flow regulators (1), banjos (2),
silencers (5) and fittings (6) onto the distributor
blocks (3).
Step 2: Fasten the valve blocks (3) to the housing
support (7) with 2 screws M4 x 60 with washers
Step 3: Make the pneumatic connections with
the cylinder assemblies.
4.2.5. Installation of the protective cover
Step 1: Secure the cover (1) to the housing (2)
with 8 self-drilling 4.8 x 22 screws (3).
4.2.6. Installation of the side panels
Step 1: Position the longitudinal (3) and entry/exit
(2) profiles on the box (1).
WARNING : As the panels have a large weight, it
is imperative to use the appropriate means
(slings, elevator truck, etc...) to lift these panels
safely
Step 2: Attach the lifting plates (1) to the side
panels (2) with 4 M8 x 16 screws per plate.
Step 3: Lift and place the side panels (2) on the
booth bottom box.
Step 4: Remove the lifting plates (1) after installa-
tion.
