4.2.10. Installation of blowing nozzles
The powder coating booth is equipped with
blowing nozzles fixed on each side of the pas-
sage of the projectors. 2 blowing nozzles are
necessary to ensure the cleaning of the outside
of each projector.
The position of the nozzles is to be defined accor-
ding to the position of the projectors on the
mobile equipment.
Use the drilling jig tool (1)
holes in diameter 25.
4.2.11. Installation of the blowing rings
The powder booth is equipped with blowing
rings (2) attached to the circular openings for
the projectors fitted to the Inoprofile.
Place the blower rings (2) on the edges of the cir-
cular opening and secure the ring with a M6 x 10
grub screw(1).
4.2.12. Installation of the shutter control and emergency stop push-buttons
Step 1: Attach the emergency stop buttons (1)
on the side panels near the entrance and exit,
about 1.10 m from the floor with 4 screws M4 x 65
per button.
Step 2: Connect the emergency stop buttons (1)
to the control cabinet.
Step 3: if there is no manual station (optional) on
the installation, fix the shutter control (2) on the
side panel, entrance side, at about 1.10 m from
the floor with 3 screws M4 x 40
Step 4: Connect the shutter control to the distributor blocks via two hoses.
