1 Shut down the printer.
Important: When you shut down both the printer and the imagePRESS Server, you must shut down the
printer first. If you shut down the imagePRESS Server before the printer is completely off, an error may
occur.
2 Make sure that the imagePRESS Server is not receiving, processing, or printing any files.
If the system has just finished processing, wait at least five seconds after the system reaches Idle before you
proceed.
3 If you want to eject any CD/DVD that is in the drive, press the Menu button, then press Eject CD/DVD.
4 Press the Menu button.
