(Co01=2): "Based on the difference between the temperature measured by the µAM probe and
its set point"
How it works
uses the difference between the temperature measured by its own probe and its set point as the
µAM
starting point to adapt the water temperature set point of the chiller/hp, based on the graphs shown in the
following figures.
Note: Setting Co01=2 has the following result:
The same ambient temperature set point is used by all the e-drofan units and is equal to the set point on
the µAM, which will be shown, in normal display mode, in field 6 on the display (symbol 8 "set" remains
on), see Table 4.c;
any changes made to the set point on a master e-drofan from the acqua or e-droset terminal are igno-
red: every minute µAM sets the set point on all the e-drofan units to the same value as its own set point.
Other information
The dynamic adaptation of the water temperature set point is achieved by modifying an offset variable
saved on the µC
SE ; therefore, the cooling and heating set point parameters on the µC
2
changed; µC
SE adds the offset variable to the set point and uses the result as the new set point.
2
The algorithm adopted calculates the changes and sends them to the µC
no more than 0.5 °C each time and slowing down the action by the application of a low-pass filter that
reaches stable operation in around 20 minutes, so as to avoid any system instability that may arise due to
the variation in the ambient heating or cooling action. The filter memory is reset when powering up the
µAM, when changing mode, and during Dehumidification.

4.2.9 Starting the controller
Procedure
1.
Make sure that all the devices that make up the system are on;
2.
Check that the µAM has detected the presence of all the devices connected to the RS485 data line (see
the paragraph "µAM activation sequence - automatic detection of the connected devices").
3.
Start the controller by pressing the POWER button one µAM (the message OFF is no longer displayed).
4.
For the control settings, see the par. "µAM functions available during operation".
5.
If the display on the µAM shows the Active alarm symbol (11), see the paragraph on "Alarms".
