The seed flow sensors enable the monitoring of up to 120 seed and fertiliser hoses.
The sensors are connected in series, and the numbers indicate the order. In case of
an alarm, these sensor numbers help when troubleshooting the hoses.
If the monitored seed hoses are also fitted with flaps for the tram line control, these
numbers must also be entered in a list on the terminal in the menu for tram line
rhythm. Pay attention to the operating instructions of the drill controls at this.
The pre-emergence markers mark the tram lines before the seed grows. They can
also be subsequently mounted to the coulter brackets.
The coulter brackets are hydraulically lifted and electrically activated by the tram line
control system.
The cutting angle of the coulter discs can be adjusted to suit the soil conditions and
the requested marker depth by rotating the disc angle.
Ø Simply release the bracket and rotate the four-cornered shaft until the reques-
ted coulter disc angle is attained. Marking should not take place deeper than
necessary.
Ø Then tighten the screws again.
Pre-emergence markers – adapting the aggressiveness of the disc
The pre-emergence marker can be activated or deactivated via the terminal of the
drill controls.
Ø Pay attention to the tram line control in the operating instructions of the drill
controls.
