    Warranty Guidelines 1. The period of warranty for material defects relating to HORSCH products will be 12 months. In the case of written deviations from the statutory provisions, these agreements shall apply. They shall become effective upon delivery of the machine to the end customer, unless the unit is stored during seasonal months, whereas the machine is not utilized.
