CAUSE
Coarse grinding.
Scarce coff ee dose.
Ground coff ee too old.

Need to clean the delivery groups.
The entire machine (including the services boiler) is in
energy savings mode.
The machine is off in automatic mode.

The level probe does not detect the presence of

SOLUTION
Reduce the grinding degree.
Adjust the dose of the grinder-doser.
Use freshly ground coff ee.
Slightly reduce the degree of grinding.
Increase the grinding degree.
Adjust the dose of the grinder-doser.
Clean or replace the clogged component.
Slightly increase the degree of grinding.
Wash the groups as instructed in the chapter on
"Group washing"
Wait for the stand-by phase to end or change the
programming of the machine.
Start the machine again.
Modify the machine programming.
Place the group back in service by pressing the STOP/
PROG key for 3 seconds.
Modify the machine programming.
Check opening of the taps on the coff ee-maker.
Check the effi ciency of the pump fi lter.
Check operation of the pump and boiler filling
solenoid valve.
Check operation of fuse F3 on circuit board.
Remove the probe and clean the lime scale from it.
Check for correct wiring.
