CAUSE
• The water in the services boiler has dropped below
the minimum level.
• The minimum level probe is short-circuited.
The pressure in the heater cannot achieve the estab-
lished value.
The input hole of the volumetric dosing device is
clogged.
The output JET of the volumetric dosing device is
clogged.
No signal from the probe.
No signal from the probe.
No signal from the probe.
No signal from the probe.
No signal from the probe.
• Fuse F7 is faulty.
• Static relays are faulty.
• Heating element is faulty.
• Faulty remote switch.
• Safety thermostat is disabled.
SOLUTION
• Check for correct wiring of the minimum level
probe.
• Check for correct operation of the minimum level
probe.
• Check the pump for correct calibration (9 bar).
• Check for opening of the heater's fi lling valves.
• Check for closing of the heater's drain valve.
• Check for correct operation of fuse F3 on circuit
board.
• Check for any leakage on the group solenoid valve.
Check and clean the input hole of the dosing device.
Check and replace the JET, if necessary
• Check for proper connection of the probe.
• Defective probe: replace it.
• Check for proper connection of the probe.
• Defective probe: replace it.
• Check for proper connection of the probe.
• Defective probe: replace it.
• Check for proper connection of the probe.
• The temperature of the cup heater is too high: reduce
set temperature.
