Cause
• Negative initialization cycle.
• No date and time.
• NTC card defective or open.
• Services boiler temperature probe discon-
nected or faulty.
• Cup heater temperature probe disconnected.
• Temperature probe in short circuit.
• Cup heater overtemperature.
• Autosteamer temperature probe disconnected.
• Autosteamer probe in short circuit.
• Autosteamer probe overtemperature.
• Card above the warning temperature.
• Card above the safety temperature.
• Volumetric dispenser does not measure the
water. 6 seconds have elapsed since the last
pulse received by the dispenser.
• Services boiler heat circuit disconnected.
• Safety thermostat open.
• Fuse F9 burned out.
• Faulty static relays.
• The water in the services boiler has dropped
below the minimum level.
First installation:
• The services boiler has not completed filling in
the maximum time (255 seconds).
• The level probe does not detect the presence
of water.
During operation:
• The services boiler has not completed the filling
in the maximum time (45 seconds).
Action
• Check the number of groups configured on
the machine.
• Switch the machine off and back on..
• Set the Date and Time.
• Switch the machine off and back on again.
• If necessary, replace the card.
• Check for proper connection of the cervices
boiler probe.
• If necessary, replace the probe.
• Check for proper connection of the cup heater
probe.
• If necessary, replace the probe.
• Check for proper connection of the Au-
tosteamer probe.
• If necessary, replace the probe.
• Turn the machine off and wait a few minutes.
• Turn the machine off and wait a few minutes.
• Check connection on the volumetric dispenser.
• Check that there is actually water in the mains
water supply.
• Check pump filter / volumetric dispenser filter.
• Check the 1 mm group output JET.
• Check the output JET of the 0.5 mm. volumetric
dispenser.
• Check services boiler heat circuit, if necessary
replace burned out parts.
• Switch the machine off and back on again.
• Check that the probe is not dirty with lime-
stone.
• Check for correct connection of the minimum
level probe.
• Check for the smooth passage of water in the
boiler.
Check services boiler water filling hydraulic
circuit:
• Switch the machine off and back on again.
• Check that there is actually water in the mains
water supply.
• Check filling solenoid valve / pump filter
• Check fuse F1 of the control unit.
