POSSIBLE CAUSE(S)
Dimmer is not receiving
AC power.
Load is not connected.
Mode selection switch
is in the "SET" position.

CORRECTIVE
ACTION
Verify that dimmer is
properly plugged into
an AC outlet and that
the circuit breaker is
closed.
Verify that load is
operational and that
the mode selection
switch is not in the
"OFF" position.
Move mode selection
switch to the "RUN"
position.
