3. Strip the required length of insulation from the AC cable and AC wires.
4. Remove the nuts from the AC terminals.
5. Before connecting aluminum wires to the lugs:
a. Remove Oxide from the exposed wires
b. Clean with Isopropyl alcohol (IPA)
c. Coat wires with oxide inhibiting substance
6. Crimp lugs on the AC wires.
CAUTION!
For aluminum wires, USE ONLY aluminum lugs.
For copper wires, USE ONLY copper tin-plated lugs.
