Installing workstation in LCN cabinet

This section provides instructions for installing the Dell Precision T5820XL workstation in a Rittal-
based LCN cabinet (MP-C8LCB1 or MP-C1MCB1). A Honeywell "fixed" rail mounting kit (TP-
WPCMF1) or a "slide" rail mounting kit (TP-WPCMS1) is installed in the Rittal-based LCN cabinet.

3.6.1 Install workstation in LCN cabinet using fixed mount option
1. Remove both the front and rear console doors to access the workstation mounting location.
2. Remove both front retaining brackets by unscrewing the two captivated panel fasteners
securing each front retaining bracket.
3. Slide the workstation on the lower flanges of the "fixed" side mounting brackets until it makes
contact with the flanges at the rear of each side mounting bracket. As illustrated in the
following image, position the workstation at the center such that it is between the side
mounting brackets.
