Voyager Operation and Maintenance Manual
5.0 Application
Do not wear ties, loose fit clothing or
dangling jewelry while operating or
servicing the laminator. These items can get
caught in the nip and choke you or you can
be crushed or burned.
The laminator will only operate if all
E-STOPs are unlatched, safety shields
are in the fully closed position and the
E-STOP RESET is not flashing.
Before you begin laminating, check all safety
devices and controls for proper operation.
You will obtain the best lamination by using the
minimum roller temperature, nip pressure, film tension and
brake required to do the job. Read the Over view to
obtain a better understanding of the Voyager before
proceeding.
