Hallsensor failure at power electronics
Possible cause:

Motor hall-sensor defective
•
Wiring to hall-sensors faulty
Rectification:
1.
Check wiring motor to power electronics
2.
Replace the motor
3.
Replace the power electronics (Pos 212)
