8. Fit the grinder body in the appliance
accessory socket and tighten securely by
turning the locking screw.
9. Fit the tray onto the grinder body, so that
the wide part is positioned over the motor
section of the appliance.
10. Put the biscuit dough onto the tray.
11. Switch on the appliance by switching the
on/off button to "ON".
12. The dough travels down the feeding tube.
Push carefully with the tamper. Do not press
too hard, otherwise you may damage the
appliance.
13. Take the dough tube as it exits the
appliance, making sure it does not break.
Cut the dough to size. Bake the biscuits.
14. When finished, switch off the appliance by
switching the on/off button to "OFF".
15. Switch off the appliance at the switch and
unplug it before you change the accessories,
or before you take the appliance apart or
when not in use.

USING THE VEGETABLE SLICER

Assembly
1. Place the motor section on a flat surface,
e.g. a kitchen counter, and make sure it is
standing firmly.
2. Loosen the locking screw on the appliance.
3. Fit the slicer body (12) in the appliance
accessory socket and tighten securely by
turning the locking screw.
4. Fit one of the two slicing/grating adapters.
The open end must face outwards. Ensure
the indentations in the slicing/grating
adapter back plate are aligned with the pins
on the axle inside. Press firmly into place.
5. Fit the ring nut (11) onto the slicer body Turn
clockwise to lock.
6. The appliance is now ready for use.
Preparing fruits and vegetables
• Always wash fruits and vegetables
thoroughly before slicing.
• Large fruits and vegetables should be cut
into smaller pieces that fit into the feeder
tube.
Slicing vegetables
1. Switch on the appliance by switching the
on/off button to "ON".
2. Place a bowl or similar under the slicer body
opening.
3. Feed whole or pieces of vegetables and fruit
into the feeding tube (13).
o Long vegetables such as carrots should
be put into the feeder tube point end
first.
4. Push down lightly the fruits and/or
vegetables with the tamper. Do not press
too hard, otherwise you may damage the
appliance.
5. When finished, switch off the appliance by
switching the on/off button to "OFF".
6. Switch off the appliance at the switch and
unplug it before you change the accessories,
or before you take the appliance apart or
when not in use.
Tips!
The vegetable slicer can also be used to grate
hard cheese, and orange or lemon skin for
cakes or jam.
IMPORTANT!
• Do not leave the appliance running for more
than 15 minutes at a time. After 15 minutes,
allow the appliance to cool down for 30
minutes to avoid overheating.
CLEANING
When cleaning the appliance, you should pay
attention to the following points:
• Remove plug from the mains socket, and
allow the appliance to cool down before
cleaning it.
• Do not immerse the motor section of the
appliance in water and make sure no water
enters the appliance.
• Clean the motor section by wiping it with a
damp cloth. A little detergent can be added
if the appliance is heavily soiled.
• Do not use scouring pads, steel wool or any
form of strong solvents or abrasive cleaning
agents to clean the appliance, as they
may damage the outside surfaces of the
appliance.
• Take the appliance apart and clean all of the
accessories separately. The grinder body,
vegetable slicer body and other parts can be
cleaned in warm soapy water. But they are
NOT dishwashable.
