Comment: 130 pulses/cm corresponds to 39.4 mm/motor revolution. (Delivery in position 2) For a different
ratio, the gear ratio of the drive (aipm) must be relearned (see Chap. 5.2 on page 30).
For doors with glass door panels, HEX switch S2 must be located in position 1 during automatic commis-
sioning for safety reasons. This reduces the movement speed to 0.3 m/s. This setting serves to as a protective

measure against children's hands being pulled in.
The door running times are determined by the max. energy or by the max. speeds, accelerations and decel-
erations.

5.6.2. Setting of Switch J3 and Jumper J4

Switch J3: switch ON (front) → Shunting resistance of the CAN line (120 Ω).
Switch J3: switch off (rear) → The end of the CAN line is located in another device (e.g., LMS1). The shunt-
ing resistance is therefore not set at this position - default.
Setting of Jumper J4
Jumper J4 consists of two pins that lead to a Reset when connected
Jumper connected / bridged → RESET is executed
Jumper open → DEFAULT
Condition on delivery:
On delivery of the drive, the settings of the KFM LD door drive are matched to car doors.
