If values are determined during automatic commissioning that make no sense, for example due to blocked
doors or other malfunctions, automatic commissioning is cancelled automatically. No parameters are changed
or saved. LED H4 flashes; the other LEDs signal the cause of the termination with the help of an error code.
Caution
See Chap. 5.5 on page 33.
Program run: A special algorithm with fuzzy logic (Fuzzy control) determines the required parameters with a
number of different movements. The two SMD LEDs H1 and H3 display the individual phases during the learn-
ing iterations.
Learning phase 1:
Determine door width → H1 blinks; H2 flashes; H3 off → Door moves slowly Opens and Closed
Learning phase 2:
Learning operation force → H1 off; H2 flashes; H3 flashes → Door moves slowly Opens and Closed
Learning phase 3:
Determine door mass→ H1, H3 flash alternately, H2 flashes → Door accelerates to maximum of the Open and
Close movement
Completion:
H1, H2, H3 Continuous light for 5 s → Check and save parameters
RESET:
Drive is ready for operation
After successfully completing commissioning, LED H2 illuminates continuously.
After successfully concluded commissioning, the following parameters are learned: The values in the
first brackets correspond to the command input with E@syDrives.
The values in the first brackets correspond to the command input with E@syDrives.
Door closing direction - left/right (m_r)
Selection of widening cam operation (asb) and cam path (fwsi)
Trust window (wvf)
Separate characteristic curve for opening after mains on.
Boost Voltage for opening and the first third of closing in rpm
Door width without cam path (fwti, fwn)
150N characteristic curve for closing (amt)
Minimum and maximum end position forces (keno, kenu, kexo, kexu)
Delay and acceleration (mass of door) (bs, zs, boe, zoe)
Speeds (Vss, Vd)
Check parameters for plausibility and limit to standard values.
Setting change:
If one parameter is changed or a number of parameters are changed, LED H2 starts to flash. If a change is
made to optimise the door behaviour, e.g., the setting of HEX switch S2, LED H2 switches off. If the switch is
returned to the setting with which automatic commissioning was performed, the LED H2 again illuminates or
blinks.
The purpose of this behaviour is that it is possible to retroactively ascertain the basic setting with which com-
missioning was performed or whether parameters were changed retroactively without the need for a service
device.
Note !
In position 0 of HEX switch S2, no automatic commissioning is possible!
A change of switching position S2 does not take effect until after automatic commissioning.
