7.4 Boiling water
1. Fill the kettle up to the desired level. Do not overfill the kettle, so that water
does not pour out or spill. The water level indicator will help you take a suitable
amount of water. Always make sure that the water level is between the MIN
and MAX markings. Do not forget to close the lid after you fill the kettle with
water.
Attention! Fill the appliance with cold and fresh water only.
2. Put the kettle on the base, plug the power cord into an electric outlet. Turn
the appliance on as described above. When the water comes to a boil, the
appliance will turn off automatically. Then you can remove the kettle from
the base.
3. After the appliance cools down for 15 - 20 seconds, you can boil water again.
When the device is cooling down, do not move the switch as it can damage
the mechanism.
4. Unplug the appliance and remove the kettle from the base.
5. The lid must be closed when boiling water.
Attention! Do not remove the kettle from the base before the kettle is switched off.
8.1 Basic rules
Proper and regular cleaning ensures safe operation and extends the useful
life of the appliance.
Warning! Before performing cleaning and maintenance operations, turn
the appliance off, disconnect it from the power source and let it cool
down, so as to avoid burns and electrocution.
a) Remove dust with a dry cloth or brush.
b) You can remove stubborn dirt with a damp cloth and a neutral detergent.
Attention! Do not clean the appliance with any strong chemicals, alkali,
abrasive or disinfecting agents, as they may damage the surface of
the appliance.
Attention! Do not immerse the appliance or its base in water or other liquids.
