4.11 Configuration File

All settings in the utility can be saved to a configuration file by clicking Menu [File]=>[Save
Settings to File(*.dat)] where the file extension is dat.
Load all setting from a configuration file by clicking Menu [File]=>[Load Settings from File(*.dat)]
