Seed transport

Single hopper

The single hopper machines are equipped with
an injector nozzle in the fall sluice.
In the sluice the seed is injected into the air flow.
A foldable lid is mounted to the underside of
the fall sluice, which is opened for calibration.
The calibration bag can then be hooked into the
hooks on the housing.

For all machines with twin hopper, the air flow of
the fan is split before the metering units.

Seed and fertiliser

Adjusting the volume flow rate
In case of major weight differences between the
media to be placed, e.g. rape and fertiliser, the
air volume must be adjusted to the seed quantity.
Open the nut on the seed hose and adjust
¾
the valve so that the larger amount of air is
directed to the medium with the higher weight.
Now fasten the nut again.
