Regular maintenance form

The loader must be maintained according to the following table
Lithium battery capacity
- 3.0/5.2BAR tire pressure
Tire tread, check
Remove foreign objects such as stones in gaps
Adjust headlights, aim correctly
Work light, tail light, double jump light, work light and turn signal
operation
Cab sign lights, heaters, wiper operation and cab lights (if installed)
Horn
Hydraulic oil level
372N.M (*) Wheel nut fastening
Drive axle fixing bolts, tighten when needed
Tighten the cylinder head bolts and all nuts and bolts. Adjust the
specific torque to the specific requirements if necessary.
Drive axle oil level
Replace the axle oil (replace the oil after 50 hours for the first time;
then replace it once a year)
Hydraulic oil
Hydraulic suction oil filter
Parking brake
Handbrake on the engine has to be adjusted when the power is off.
Hydraulic oil
Driver seat adjuster
Pedal point
Oil all greasing points
Cab door lock (if installed)
Check motor idle speed and speed, adjust if necessary
Replace the brake pads of the parking brake
The hydraulic oil in the hydraulic system drains out, cleans the system
and refills the new hydraulic oil.
Drive axle gear oil replacement.
