is not answered within a certain time
limit.
4) If Unreachable: When the handheld
is powered off or out of the service area,
incoming calls are diverted to the
designated number.
5) Cancel All: You can cancel all divert
settings.
Note: After you select a divert mode, the
handheld requires the network to handle the
current settings. A short delay occurs. After
responding, the network returns the result of
the operation.
4 Call Bar: This service can set restrictions
for making or answering calls. This function,
however, needs network support. For details,
consult your network service provider. To
enable call barring, you need to enter a
password.
1) All Outgoing Calls: If this function is
enabled, you can only receive calls and
make emergency calls. If you make
other calls except emergency calls, the

system will prompt that the handheld is
suspended. You cannot send short
messages but can only receive short
messages and make toll free calls.
2) International Calls: If this function is
enabled, you cannot make international
calls, but can only send and receive
short messages.
3) International Except Home: In an
international roaming, if this function is
enabled, you can only make an
international call to the network to which
your SIM card subscribed, but cannot
make calls to other countries.
4) All Incoming Calls: If this function is
enabled, you can only make calls and
send short messages, but cannot
receive calls or receive short messages.
5) Incoming When Roaming: In an
international roaming, you can only
make calls. You can restrict incoming
calls by using this service when not
willing to answer the calls.
6) Cancel All: You can cancel all call
