Handheld Modes

Standby Mode

Standby is the basic mode. After you press
the power key to switch on your handheld, the
handheld enters standby mode. Here, you
can view the date and time, battery status,
and ringing mode. After you enter a phone
number, you can press the call key to dial the
number or press OK to save the number in a
phonebook or the SIM card.
When entering a menu, you can press the
hang-up key or repeatedly press the C key to
return to the standby mode.
Note: You can press the hang-up key to end a
call. The screen will display that the call has
ended and the handheld will automatically
enter standby mode.
