Test for POTS Line Faults

Read the "TELEPHONE TROUBLESHOOTING" instructions on the front of the Electronics
Module for directions in determining line faults.
NOTE
If the problem is still not corrected, it is possible there is an internal wiring
problem with the residence.

Provision POTS and Ethernet Interface at OLT

To provision the POTS and Ethernet Ports, external equipment such as a laptop computer and
hand-held phone testing equipment will be necessary to verify POTS and Ethernet service.
