Add an Entry to the MAC Access Control Table

[Device Name]>set macacltbl <index> macaddr <MAC Address> status

[Device Name]>show macacltbl

[Device Name]>set macacltbl <index> status <disable/delete>

[Device Name]>show macacltbl
