Installing thrust bearing
(MKK 12-40, MKK 15-65,
MKK 20-80 only)
• Slide the fi rst lock washer (3) onto the
spindle end to act as a stop.
• Install the bearing (2) on the spindle
end by hand and secure with the
second lock washer (1).
• Carefully install the bearing fl ange (4)
on the bearing and screw to the
housing.
Tightening torques ! 1.4
Installing second belt sprocket and
motor for i = 1
Motor pre-assembly:
• Pre-assemble the motor with the two
motor bars (7) as close as possible to
the linear module to permit problem-
free insertion of the second belt
sprocket (6).
Installing belt sprocket:
• Lubricate the locking assembly (5)
slightly.
• Attach the belt sprocket (6) and
locking assembly to the motor journal
and guide into the belt.
• Set the distance B from the housing.
• Install the locking assembly. Refer to
"Installing fi rst belt sprocket".
Tensioning belt:
• Unfasten the motor.
• Screw suitable bolts (8) into the pre-
tensioning thread provided in both
motor bars (7).
• By way of the motor bars, pull the
motor away from the linear module
with pre-tensioning force F
tighten the bolts (9).
The pre-tensioning force F

is governed by the size, motor, belt
sprockets and torque. It is indicated on
the inside of the gear cover. If the belt
drive gear is not positioned horizontally
on assembly, make allowance for the
dead weight of the motor.

Instructions for Linear Modules MKK/MKR/MLR
Montage du contre-palier
(uniquement MKK 12-40, MKK 15-65,
MKK 20-80)
• Pousser le premier circlip (3) en tant
que butée sur le tourillon de broche.
• Pousser le palier (2) manuellement sur
le tourillon de broche et le fi xer avec le
deuxième circlip (1).
• Pousser prudemment la bride (4) sur
le palier et la visser au boîtier.

Montage de la deuxième poulie et du
moteur avec i = 1
Prémontage du moteur :
• Prémonter le moteur avec les deux
réglettes de fi xation du moteur (7)
aussi près que possible du module
linéaire afi n que la deuxième poulie (6)
puisse être enfi lée facilement.
Montage de la poulie :
• Huiler légèrement la frette (5).
• Enfoncer la poulie (6) et la frette sur le
tenon du moteur et les enfi ler dans la
courroie.
• Régler l'écart B par rapport au boîtier.
• Monter la frette. Voir « Montage de la
première poulie ».
Tension de la courroie :
• Desserrer la fi xation du moteur.
• Visser des vis appropriées (8) dans
les deux réglettes de fi xation du
moteur (7) dans le fi letage prévu pour
la précharge.
• Eloigner le moteur du module linéaire
via les réglettes en appliquant la force
de précharge F

du couple. Elle est indiquée à l'intérieur
du couvercle du renvoi. Si le renvoi par
poulies et courroie n'est pas horizontal
lors du montage, tenir compte de la
masse propre du moteur.

Montaggio del controcuscinetto
(solo MKK 12-40, MKK 15-65,
MKK 20-80)
• Inserire il primo anello di sicurezza (3)
sul codolo della vite a sfere.
• Inserire il cuscinetto (2) manualmente
e bloccarlo con il secondo anello di
sicurezza (1).
• Posizionare la fl angia del cuscinetto (4)
con cautela sul cuscinetto e avvitarlo
alla scatola.
Coppie di serraggio ! 1.4
Montaggio della seconda puleggia e
del motore con i = 1
Premontaggio del motore:
• Premontare il motore con i due listelli
del motore (7) quanto più vicino
possibile al Linearmodulo, in modo da
poter infi lare la seconda puleggia (6)
senza problemi.
Montaggio della puleggia:
• Lubrifi care leggermente l'elemento di
bloccaggio (5).
• Innestare la puleggia (6) e l'elemento
di bloccaggio sul codolo del motore e
infi larla nella cinghia.
• Regolare la distanza B rispetto alla
scatola.
• Montare l'elemento di bloccaggio.
Vedi "Montaggio della prima
puleggia".
Tensionamento della cinghia:
• Allentare il fi ssaggio del motore.
• Avvitare delle viti idonee (8) in
entrambi i listelli del motore (7)
nella fi lettatura predisposta per il
