To select [b], only the bootable C: partition is loaded.
This option is intended for recovery of a system that will
not boot up. It is not recommended for application
software upgrade because during upgrade process, the
data on the system would possibly be impacted.
If you upgrade the software from R1.0.x to R1.1.x, DO
NOT select [2] for loading C disk only.

To select [c] to quit system upgrade process.

preserve data, you should select choice [b] to format disk
C only.
