The following figure shows the position of the fan drive board.

(1) Fan drive board
Procedure
Step 1 Open the front door, and turn off the indoor unit circuit breaker and circuit
breaker in the power distribution cabinet.
Step 2 Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the nine screws that secure the baffle plate of
the electric control box, and remove the baffle plate from the electric control box.
Step 3 Remove the cable terminals from the fan drive board.
Take a photo before performing this step so that you know how to bind the cable ties and
install the cable terminals later.
Step 4 Remove the six screws that secure the fan drive board, and remove the fan drive
board.
Step 5 Install the new fan drive board in reverse order.
Issue 02 (2020-11-09)
A spare fan drive board of the same model is available and functional.
Tool: Phillips screwdriver
Preparation: Power off the indoor unit.
