Change web management login username and password for the management security issue

Description
Enter the current system User Name. If this is incorrect , the new
User name will not be set .
Enter the current system password. If this is incorrect , the new
password will not be set .
Enter the new system User Name
Enter the new system password, and the password must meet
the requirement : Minimum 8 characters; At least one Upper case
letter. At least one numeric character. At least one special
character such as @, #, $,
Re-type the new password.
Click to save changes.
