2.2 Description of unit
Canister
The machine canisters are suitable for containing the product to be dispensed.
The cover in the upper part of the machine provides access for filling the canisters.
Each canister has its own lid.
Turntable
The turntable is a rotating structure that houses the canister units and the corresponding
dispensing groups with piston pump.
The management program moves automatically the turntable, in both directions, during
the dispensing stage, bringing the circuit involved in the dispensing operation to the
front position. The turntable is also automatically moved to carry out automatic timed
processes of machine.
Dispensing nozzle and pump/valve manipulator group
Each circuit is equipped with a dispensing nozzle, from
which the tinting product to fill the can is dispensed.
The mechanical group placed at front, in the dispensing
area, operates the piston pump and opens and closes
dispensing valve.
Shelf
The can shelf allows for the correct positioning of the can under the dispensing nozzle.
The manually adjustable shelf is removable and can be positioned at the desired height by
simply inserting it in the slots provided.
Nozzle cleaning brush
The brush is automatically activated at each rotation of the turntable, and allows to clean
the dispensing nozzle of each circuit. The brush is placed in a small container which holds
the cleaning liquid.
During normal machine operation the brush is in rest position. During the cleaning process,
the brush rotates and the bristles wipe the nozzle of the circuit brought to the cleaning
position.
Safety switch of cleaning brush unit. If the brush container is not fully inserted, table
rotation is prevented.
