Setting aerosol sensor offset

Setting the offset is an automatic process that minimizes the inherent noise
of the device. The device sets an adjustment voltage for the offset. The
process takes about two minutes.
Prerequisites
• Calibration mode is activated.
• The device has been tested for leakage and verified.
• The device's zero point has been checked.
Performance
1. Select Main menu > expert user menu (password 1-).
2. Select settings/calibration.
3. Select sensor calibration.
4. Touch adjust offset to start adjustment.
5. Observe the parameter Offset (top right).
ð The value changes as the controller varies the offset adjustment voltage.
When the displayed curve passes the minimum, the displayed value has
to be below 0.2 mV.
When adjustment is completed, the offset adjustment voltage is calcu-
lated. The displayed value has to be between 2.0 and 3.0 V.
