Troubleshooting
Calling for Assistance
If your Clinitek Status+ analyzer is
displaying corrective actions for a
detected problem, please carry out
the displayed instructions before
calling for assistance. If this does
not correct the problem or no
instructions are displayed, contact
your local technical support
provider (for contact information
please see Appendix A, Local
Technical Support Providers and
Distributors).
If you are calling for assistance with
a displayed error, please have the
following items ready (this will
assist your local representative to
deal with your inquiry as quickly as
possible).
a) Error number
b) Completed Problem
Checklist (found at the end
of this section).

contact your local technical support
provider or distributor (for contact
information please see Appendix A,
Local Technical Support Providers
and Distributors).
Warranty
Your Clinitek Status+ analyzer has
a one-year warranty period. This
warranty is designed to protect you
from the cost associated with
repairing systems that exhibit
malfunctions due to defects in
materials and/or workmanship
during the warranty period.
The warranty period commences
from the date that the instrument is
received at your location. Use the
Warranty Registration Card
provided with the instrument to
register your warranty.
To obtain assistance during the
warranty period, please contact
your local technical support
provider or distributor.
