Error description
The DC link could not be charged
to a minimum voltage in the defined
period of time.
Too high voltage detected in the DC
link.
Too low voltage detected in the DC
link.
The ballast resistor or the chopper
circuit is overloaded.
Heat accumulation occurred at the
heat sink of the device.
An accumulation of heat occurred in
the device.
A short circuit occurred at the con-
nection of the ballast resistor or the
precharge resistor.
No valid parameter set available in
the device.
No type plate has been loaded into
the device.
At least one input phase has been
lost.
Error occurred in flash memory.
During precharging the DC link, the
voltage was rise too low.
Too high voltage detected in the DC
link (interrupt).
Possible reason
▸
Mains supply too low
▸
Incorrect device parameters
(mains voltage)
▸
Short circuit in the DC link
▸
Mains supply too high (error will
be reported on switch-on)
▸
No or defective ballast resistor
(occurs during motor decelera-
tion)
▸
Incorrect device parameters
(mains voltage)
▸
The DC link has been overloaded
(e.g. by too high acceleration of
large masses).
▸
Mains supply is not constant.
▸
Deceleration takes too long due
to large masses
▸
Incorrect parameters (ballast re-
sistor values are not accurate)
▸
No or defective ballast resistor
connected
▸
Faulty dimensioning of ballast re-
sistor (performance too low or re-
sistance not adequate)
▸
Insufficient ventilation
▸
Ventilator defect
▸
Output power too high
▸
Ambient temperature too high
▸
Insufficient ventilation
▸
Ventilator defect
▸
Short circuit in the supply line of
the ballast resistor/precharge re-
sistor
▸
Defective ballast resistor/
precharge resistor
▸
Ballast resistor/precharge resis-
tor not suitable
▸
Device was not parameterized by
the customer (delivery is without
parameter set).
