Meeting List

Users could view ongoing conference details along with scheduled conferences after the current time by
accessing LCD Menu → Meeting List. Select one conference and press "OK" key on GVC3212 remote
control to view conference details.
Ongoing meetings will be labeled as In Progress. Users can select an in-progress conference and choose
to either Host the meeting or End it.
The scheduled meetings that did not start yet are labeled as Not Start. Users can select this meeting on
the conference list and choose to Edit the conference, Cancel the conference, or start it.
When a scheduled meeting start time comes and the conference host did not accept the incoming
conference call, the meeting will be labeled as to be host in the conference list. The host can then choose
to either Start the meeting or Cancel it.

Local contacts

From LCD Menu → Contacts → Local Contacts Users can choose to access their local contacts directory
and add or edit contacts in the local directory.
