If GVC3210 remote control still does not work with the diagnosis above, please try another remote control
or contact the device provider.
Using Mouse & Keyboard
When the USB mouse is plugged into GVC3212, users could make the following operations with the mouse.
•
Single click the left key of the USB mouse to perform the following operations:
➢ Access menu
➢ Check in the checkbox or enable/disable an option
➢ Bring up the drop-down list when clicking on a combo box
➢ Switch input methods in the input box, tap on the corresponding buttons on the soft keyboard to
input characters
•
Single press the left key to tap
English input method.
•
Single click the right key of the USB mouse to exit the current displayed menu. It will go back to the
previous menu without saving the configurations.

Using the LED Indicator

GVC3212 LED indicator is located next to the OLED. It can be used to notify the users with current status
of the device. Please refer to the status description below.
